Just follow these steps:

1. First Download And Extract the Game With Winrar.

2. After You've extracted, You will find to files i-e .ecm & .cue

3. You have to convert the .ecm file to .bin. For This Purpose:

• Download ECM Tools.
• Extract.
• Click and Drag .ecm file, and drop it on UnEcm.exe(you've downloaded it) (screenshot)
  
• It Will Automatically start Working Like This (screenshot)
  
• After, Its Completion. You are able to Open it with Emulator.

4. Now, You've to download Emulator ePSXe 1.7.0 To run the Game on PC.
5. Extract and Open "ePSXe.exe".
6. Now, Configure by following steps

• Click On Config/Wizard Guide
• Choose BIOS USA (Recommended). Click Next.
